Surgery

Ava's kidney is not functioning correctly. The doctors have decided that she needs surgery and will go in at 2pm today. I have not talked to the surgeon performing the surgery. The doctors were saying they will decide what is best for Ava's kidney in surgery. They are unsure if they are going to drain it, take out the stint or something else. They are lowering her potassium levels right now and her blood pressure is also high. Ava will be having a central line put in as well. This will be nice, so they don't have to poke her so many times. Please keep Ava in your prayers.

    Just called two temples to put sweet little ava's name on the prayer roll. She is indeed in our prayers today! What a beautiful little girl she is! Hang in there Mike and Shannon, you are in our thoughts and prayers too. We Love you. Auntie Sue
