Ava And My Dad

Sorry everyone...haven't had a chance to update everyone about Ava. Life is still so crazy..My dad is in the hospital now. We just can't stay out of the hospital. My dad fell Monday night and hit his head. He had a bleed in his head. They had to do emer. surgery Tuesday night to save his life. His chances of making it were very low. The Lord answered our prayers and he made it threw it. It was a miracle. Then Wednesday he had to be put on a vent. He was having a hard time breathing. So he was fully sedated for that till this morning. They took out the vent and is now breathing ok today. He is slowly getting better. He looks so much better then Tuesday. He was very swollen and looked very sick. Today he is smiling and talking some. He is very confused and doesn't know much, but has his moments of remembering things. He doesn't remember us yet, but the doctor said that is very normal for what he has gone threw. Some of the things are so funny that he says. So it is great to see he is getting his sense of humor back. It will be a long road to recover but we are ready to help him along the way. Ava is doing good. She is sick and has pneumonia. Mike brought her to urgent care on Wednesday night. She is getting better, but we just had another turn in the road. She sleeps alright, but is very fussy most of the time. She is getting big...8lbs now. She is starting to smile at us..Ethan and Bella think it is so cool. We have had some crazy months but we are so blessed to have a wonderful family.
